Start Your Return: To initiate a return, please visit our homepage and click on "Start a Return."


30-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.


Return Conditions: All returned items will undergo an inspection for any signs of wear, damage, or smoke exposure. Items that do not meet our original condition criteria will be rejected and sent back to the sender. We offer exchanges or store credit only; no refunds will be issued. The decision of our returns department is final.


Non-Returnable Items: Due to health regulations and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on swimsuits, intimate apparel, or any intimate items. These products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, all sales are final for sale items, specially priced/discounted items, clearance items, doorbusters, and products purchased with store credit or gift cards.


Responsibility for Shipping Errors: Moxie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or misrouted packages. If an incorrect address is provided, the package will return to us, and the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.


Quality Assurance: We carefully inspect all items before shipping, making the receipt of damaged goods highly unlikely.


Store Credit: Store credit issued for returns expires 90 days from the date it is provided.


Processing Returns: Upon receiving your return package, we will process your request for store credit within 4-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.


Preparing Your Return:

  • Please pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, if available. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • Include the original invoice with your return. If the invoice is unavailable, include a piece of paper with your order number, billing name, address, and the reason for the return.
  • Clearly write "Reason for Return" on the back of your invoice.
  • Keep track of your return package with the return tracking number. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
